In stock Items Policy
All in stock items are eligible for a refund or exchange for store credit for any reason within 14 days of purchase.
Customers must submit their return request through the Return Portal within 30 days of delivery date to be eligible for a return.
Requests after this time period will not be accepted.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. All items must be in the original packaging with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund/store credit.
Merchandise must be mailed back within 30 days of delivery date
Returns made beyond this time limit will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
The customer is responsible for shipping returns back to our warehouse.
We do not process exchanges. You may request a refund or store credit and place a new order. Please click the Return Request links below to start the process.
How long do returns take to process?
Once received by our warehouse, returns may take up to 7-10 days to process. You will be notified via email once your returned merchandise has been received and processed. You can always place a new separate order. However, returns are not guaranteed to be issued a refund/store credit until an inspection is passed.
Do you provide a pre-paid shipping label for my return?
Yes. We can provide you with a return label. Return labels fees will be deducted from customer's refund or store credit. Please order a swatch ring or rent a size kit for the most accurate color match and size.
I see the item I want to exchange for my return on your site, should I order it now and you can refund me for the returned merchandise later?
We do not process exchanges. You can always place a new separate order. However, returns are not guaranteed to be issued a refund/store credit until an inspection is passed. If your item does not pass inspection you will be notified, your item(s) can be mailed back to you. Customer will have to pay shipping costs.

All product defects and missing items must be reported to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the defective merchandise should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate the order number in the subject and a description of the defect in the body of the email. The photo will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email regarding the defective merchandise and the return process.
